Thickened Rollout is a non-flammable blend of safe, biodegradable solvents designed to tackle the toughest cleaning problems - dried ink and cured adhesive.
Adhesives
Thickened Rollout is widely used for cleaning laminating adhesives, especially solventless adhesive. With its waterless ingredients, Thickened Rollout is able to penetrate the surface but has less evaporative properties than harsh solvents like Ethyl Acetate. This means that it is able to have longer surface contact, lower usage and VOC’s, and is more effective with less smearing. In addition, Thickened Rollout has been found to be highly effective on urethane-based products such as hot melt PUR, inks and resins, coatings, and more.
Dried Inks
Unfortunately, many printing companies have felt the effects of dried ink on their rollers and cylinders. To minimize press downtime, Rollout & Thickened Rollout work effectively to rewet the surface and pull the ink from the plugged cells.
